Cottages of Chester Village is a 19-unit garden style apartment complex located in Chester, South Carolina. This affordable housing facility is available to low income senior adults age 62 and older, who choose to live in a more rural setting. Each apartment consists of a living room, kitchen with dining area, one bedroom with closet and one bath. Laundry facilities and community room are available on site. A part-time Resident Services Coordinator is available to assist residents. Opened in 2003.
