Located in the historic West End District of Winston-Salem, the complex is close to downtown as well as health services, transportation, shopping, parks, and recreation. Apartments feature living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with closet and bath. Laundry facilities are available on site. Rent is based on income and all units are handicapped accessible. Opened in 1997.
