Close to the arts district, shops, restaurants, and recently renovated Trade Street area, this complex is available to low income senior adults age 62 and older with rent based on income. Apartments include a living room, kitchen with dining area, one bedroom with closet and bath. Common areas include a library, computer room, laundry facilities, and community room available for use by the residents of Goler Manor. Opened in 2007.
