Granville Plaza Apartments, a four-story independent living
apartment complex consists of 42 units for low income senior adults
age 62 and older, is located adjacent to Granville Place Apartments.
Located close to shopping, public transportation, health services,
and churches, each apartment contains a living room, kitchen with
dining area, one bedroom with closet and one bath. Rent is
based on individual income and handicapped accessible units are
available. A full-time Resident Services Coordinator and a
part-time Social Activities Coordinator are on staff. Van
transportation to local businesses and activities is available one
day per week. Opened in 1993.
