Mock Place is a 44-unit newly renovated apartment complex for low income senior
adults located in downtown Mocksville, NC. The garden style
apartments sit on beautifully landscaped grounds in a small town
atmosphere, but close to shopping, doctor's offices, restaurants,
and local businesses. Persons age 62 and older who qualify
financially are eligible for residency. One bedroom apartments with living room,
kitchen, dining area, bedroom closet, and one bath are available.
A part-time Resident Services Coordinator and a Social Activities
Coordinator are on staff. Van transportation to local shopping
and activities is available one day per week. Opened in 1984.
