Mooresville Manor, located in Mooresville, NC, is a three-story brick veneer structure, with an elevator, housing 35 apartments for the low income elderly. Close to downtown Mooresville, the site is located within walking distance of grocery stores, medical services, senior activities, and the downtown shopping area. Apartments include a living room, kitchen with dining space, one bedroom with closet and bath. Common space available for use by residents include a multi-purpose room with kitchen, craft area, resident storage and laundry facilities. A Resident Services Coordinator is available on a part-time basis to assist the residents with coordination of community services. Opened in 2004.
