The apartments are located just off a a main thoroughfare, convenient to shopping, medical services, churches, and recreation. The apartments, located in three single-story brick veneer buildings, consist of a living room, kitchen with dining space, one bedroom with closet and bath. A community building houses the laundry facilities and a common room is available for use by the residents. Opened in 1995
